One of five Homearama homes sold
High Pointe Custom Homes (aka Mike Williams) has announced that their 6,500sq. ft. Homearama 2009 home is now sold. Oddly, they have not disclosed the price and the Butler County Auditor site is down right now.
The home (located at 3229 Riverside Dr., Mason, OH 45040) is in the framing phase of construction. This is High Pointes debut in a Homearama show and this home on Lot #5 is a joint venture with their sister company, Summit Custom Home Builders.
