Michael Shawn McCabeShawn is a Financial Planner with Schiff, Kreidler-Shell Insurance and Risk Services. We provide innovative financial, insurance and risk management services and products steeped in a rich tradition of stability and professionalism.

Shawn partners with business owners, high-performing executives and their families to increase, protect and properly transfer wealth across generations. He uses a holistic approach to develop and monitor comprehensive wealth plans that allow his clients to live their dreams.

Shawn focuses his business on 401(k) and retirement services. He leverages the benefits of solid life, long-term care and disability insurance as an integral part of business and personal financial management.

Shawn is a Miami University graduate and began his financial career as a mutual fund trader with Fidelity Investments in 1999.  Shawn is the former President & CEO of EquityFlight Financial Services. He has over 10+ years of business development and operations management experience. Shawn spent the majority of his professional career as a Director for a large global law firm.

Shawn lives in Fairfield Township (near Hamilton) with his wife, Melissa, and his 2 year old daughter, Kaitlyn. Melissa is a First Grade Teacher at Fairfield North Elementary. They are expecting a baby boy this May ’08!

Shawn loves good business and is an entrepreneur at heart. His interests and hobbies are fairly diverse and he loves “talking shop” with his clients. He has a passion for aviation and is a licensed private pilot. Shawn also sings and plays drums for a local classic rock band.
