High Pointe Custom Homes (aka Mike Williams) has announced that their 6,500sq. ft. Homearama 2009 home is now sold. Oddly, they have not disclosed the price and the Butler County Auditor site is down right now. The home (located at 3229 Riverside Dr., Mason, OH 45040) is in the framing phase of construction.
